Tim's Notes: New Zealand Red Stag

Hunting Style: If you want to see the world down under I've been to the honey hole. Red Stag, Tar, Fallow, Sika and Shami are there for the hunting. My camera man will be your guide and will film your hunt for the show. He's been guiding all his life and is New Zealand's best. We strictly spot and stalked our quarry which was a blast. Yet, you can hunt any style you'd like. Red stag are easy to hunt. Even so, it's fun because they Roar and are beautiful animals to hunt. The country is beautiful and the people are kind-hearted. You can hunt free range or fenced ranches for these majestic animals. My dad and I both shot red stag. Tar was my favorite. They live in rugged country that requires a physical hunt with a good attitude to be successful with the bow. We saw piles of them and killed the first day of the hunt. I shot him running out from under a cliff at 30 yards then nailed him again at 85 yards to bring him down. I also hunted rabbit which was fun because I saw thousands and shot the crap out of them. They freak out when shot flippin and floppin 6 feet in the air. You can do all the above on one hunt. Once you arrive at the airport your catered to from then on.
